PCAOB Board Member Dan Goelzer Statement on the Appointment of Steven Harris

Washington, DC, June 4, 2008 – PCAOB Board member Dan Goelzer released the following statement today:

"I am delighted that Steve Harris will be joining the PCAOB. His key role in developing the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, which established the Board and guides its programs, will be a tremendous asset in furthering our mission to protect investors.
